Hi, We have been received a faulty product like display failure for " Future Phone". So we request you to do the needful for exchange this product with new one. We have already raised a complaint with the delivery shop from Tirunelveli but still we haven't received the new phone. We haven't received any proper response for our complaints. As a customer we are choosing you because of India's best Telebuy service but we are highly disappointed with these responses.Please do the needful on high priority. This telebuy having worst service. when they need to buy some new products, they used to cal often... but v need something they wont responsw very worst customer service... my table mate top was broken one month before still now i could not replace it... no proper response...
