Last Sunday I ordered table mate.

As per the conversation your representative accepted my price range and also told to offer the free gift in phone conversation.

But delivering person is not accepted to deliver those.

Why your telebuy peoples cheating like this and insulted me infront of my neighbors by negotiating to offer as per the phone conversation .

If you are OK in the deal with customer tell in phone conversation itself or If you are not ok with customer's price range or deal refuse in phone conversation itself.

Don't ever insult the customer.
