[Resolved] Telebuy — No response against complaint no.[protected] dt 28.8.2014. | |
I purchased a Orbitrek Elite against invoice #K62013 dt 9/4/2013. The machine is covered under service warranty for life time for which an amount of Rs.1000/- was also paid extra over and above the cost of equipment. The company never cared to service the equipment during the first one year. Now I have registered a complaint as some unusual sound is coming from the machine while using, may be because of breakage of bearings. In the acknowledgement of complaint, it was assured that service personal will be contacting me within 24-48 hrs. But till date nobody responded or contacted.
So it is my humble request to all online buyers not to believe such business people/ companies, as they are most organised cheaters. Beware of such cheaters, if possible, do not purchase anything from telebuy online.
I am a victim of telebuy cheating. BEWARE
