[Resolved]  Telebuy — POOR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE

Ordered No:[protected] .Mr. Dilip Kumar Chennai Circle Said He will make an appropriate Action. Till now i not received any phone calls or mail to my compliant. Really its very POOR on your CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is the way You treat your CUSTOMER. Though i have an issue i make my friends to purchase. Your CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE make me TORTURING till the end of the 9th day your people not making a Proper Reply to my Compliant. i am in Chennai Ordered Tablemate on 29th August, this was by 3rd purchase.for the first two order i was satisfied. but in this order i am found the product doesn't satisfy. I a maid compliant on the same day of the delivery of the product.Nearly i called your customer care more than 3 times a day from 30th to 8th. Your customer care people they just passing information. they didn't take any proper action relating to my compliant. I am only asking for REPLACEMENT not REFUND. and i am asking for doorstep replacement. they ask me to come to showroom directly or courier the product. Both is not possible to my situation. i am asking to make a doorstep replacement for that i pay courier charge. kindly make a note on it and do needful to my compliant. For complaints no one is taking responsibility by contacting your customer care. they make us to feel like hating the product. kindly take an appropriate action for my compliant
