[Resolved] Telebuy — Poor response from Telebuy | |||
I have booked an abs wonder core machine and table mat on Sep 8th 14 (Midnight) from Tele buy and made full payment through credit card with the confirmation that i'll get the delivery of the product next day. But i have not received the delivery nor the response from Tele buy for next 3 days and when i started enquiring about the delivery, they kept saying that they would deliver it on following day and there were no voluntary calls from telebuy informing me about the status rather i had to follow-up with them to know the delivery status everyday. After 3 days of humiliation i had cancelled the order considering their poor response (False promises / irresponsible approach) and the time of cancellation i was informed that i would get an acknowledgement message in 24 hrs for which i haven't received any confirmation yet. But according to their promise i should get the amount refunded in 7 day which i am unsure i will get it because of their continuous false commitments. I am afraid if i could be able to get my amount refunded as i have to pay back my credit card payment before the cut off date. Because of all these i was personally frustrated and mentally upset which made me not to concentrate in my official works.
