[Resolved] Telebuy — Poor service | |||
I had purchased Telebuy Orbitrek Elite product 2 years back-Now pedal connecting to body is rusted and broken -Now product is unusable and many times called for service -booked complaint on[protected] and complaint Number is[protected] and told that complaint will be settled within 48 Hours- But so far nothing happened and complaint escalated to Rakesh on number[protected]every time calling they are simply cheating and told that complaint will be settled soon-This is a cheat company and nobody should buy any product from them -Orbitrek price is 7000 only but they are charging 3 times -still the product service is very poor-If we call one number they will give another number and cheat us Was this information helpful? | |||
