We bought "No No Oil Dosa Tawa" and "Ceramicore 24 CM Pan with LID" on 24/11/2014 and we are facing many problems with it. We have complained about it many times till now before the warranty period and there is no proper response from the concerned people. We are facing very serious issue with the customer support.
