i ordered a tablemate 2 on 29th oct 2014 through phone..they did the delivery the same date at evening. but when i use the product after the delivery man went away, , i noticed that the product surface is not flat, its slanting, , , unable to keep anything on the surface of the table...it has defect...so immediately i informed the customer service...they said they will replace by doorstep within 2 days, , , everyday i called them to know the status of complaint...but now they say that they wont replace it by doorstep...i hav to take the product to showroom which is far away from my home...while buying they say they do doorstep service or replacement, , but now they say no doorstep service or replacement...they wont bother my complaint...the product price is rs.1800...
