The customer service personnel keeps on making calls and yelling at the customer to buy the product. We just asked why are making frequent calls when we are not interested to buy the product. The response is the person is yelling and giving impolite replies. Harsh and rudest way to treat ur customers like dis... Where in the world did you get such ppl for customer support... One hell of calls... Is that the way you push your products out... Ppl sitting at the chair and making calls and annoying ur customers... Was this information helpful? | |||||
