[Resolved]  Mts — Deliberate (or ignorant ?) money stealing

People using the MTS's internet might have noticed this when paying their bills online. The bills may come with paise amount, for example 1000.50 . But their website allows only a rounded amount to be paid, in this case, 1001 .

You may say, why not pay just 1000. But their website declines the payment if it is any lesser than the actual bill amount. So, 1001 would pass through but 1000 will not.

Imagine millions of payments like that.
