Videocon - GSM Prepaid — Not Activate my No.

Dear Sir

I am having my Videocon GSM prepaid no. [protected] , I was Inactive from last few months. But still i have Network Coverage. And its Saying that Please Recharge to reactivate. So, I have recharged in that No. But still I cant make Call. When i call to Customer care they replied that your Number is not in Our Data Base. If it is true, then how can i get Network coverage ?, I have Mailed to Rajkot customer Office ( Star Mobile), But they Also dont reply to my mail.
please take some solution !
