Hello,
I need recharge my telenor mob. [protected] account on Date 15.05.2016 then I check *234# and I know Rs.80 ko Rs.90 talk time immediately I recharge but talk time received only Rs.66 remaining talk time they not credited. I call customer care and said all problem they said me wait 48 hour's your talk time will be credited after 48 hours they didn't credit my account after tthat I call again customer care and ask him why aren't credit my account they takes my complaint and send mi complaint no and said wait 72 hours I waiting last 10 days they not remaining balance give me
