Telenor — regarding network connection problem in our area and i really frustrated their service so that i want to port my number to another company

Hello sir/mam,

My telenor number is [protected], i am frustrated about telenor network services that network is not available in our area. I requested many times in customer care but they can't help it. Sometimes i mentally frustrated about call dropping and not registered mobile number every time. Finally, i want to port to another company. I ported telenor to reliance, mnp is successful and the port message is also successful but they do not port to reliance. Kindly please help me.
