Telenor — Sim not activated even after 68 hours | |||
I have purchased prepaid SIM card of Telenor from shop named KESHAR in ANAND NAGAR, Kothrud area of Pune India whose mobile no is [protected] on 20 December at about 6.00 p.m.along with talk time, for Rs 120/-filled the requisite form, duly signed and with Xerox copies of election card and my photograph was submitted with him. He had said that the mobile will be activated by 21 December 2015. However the mobile was not activated during the stipulated time. Even to day i.e. 23 December 2015 and upto 3.00 pm the mobile is not activated. The mobile no as per the SIM card is [protected]. The call center of Telenor ([protected]) kept on telling the same thing for each of my 3 calls that that the documents are not received. But the Sim card vendor maintained that those are already submitted. [protected]@telenor.com complaint id is 619714 It is kindly requested to enquire and see that my mobile is activated immediately.
