Teleperformance — About not receiving my FNF details.

This is Riya Dutta and ive worked for Teleperformence for 9 Months and on my termination date they have promised me my Release letter and experience certificate will be given after 45 days. And it's more than 45 days and no one is helping every HR I've contacted multiple times is saying we don't know anything about that we can't do anything. I've also mailed to help desk to no avail. My employee ID Is -610989
