I am Sourav Pradhan ex-employee of Teleperformance( shantiniketan, ITPL main road, AXIS bank, 560066) Employee id:- [protected], Date of join -07.jan.2023, process of Homeloan, digital officer. I write this mail regarding my attendance reported by manager mr. Madhu C. I have confirmed it from your help line number. ON the date of 21.may.2023 i applied for resignation in TP portal. Resignation ID – RR416955, and I want to complete my notice period of 30 days, but my manager refused take my request and on 23.may.2023 he terminated me from office. then I meet to BHR head ms. Sheela, she gave Full and final acknowledge slip as per the slip the last working date is 23rd may2023. Which I attached with this message. On 02.jun.2023 i got a mail from teleperformance that my last working day is 2nd of jun 2023. So in between 23rd may to 2nd jun . They mark SUPL for several days which I was confirm from helpline number and also for not serving notice period of 30 dys 6600 deduction is there. They actively doing this type of atrocity to cut-off wages and incentives. I don’t know what he getting with this behaviour, as a human being. I tried to reach out them but they are not receiving my call and not reply on my messages.
