My name is Lakhvinder Kaur, my employee ID was 574106. I had been working for Teleperformance at Mohali location since Feb 23rd, 2021 to Feb 20th, 2023. I worked as a customer service Associate in Teleperformance for Flipkart. I quit the organization without serving notice period. Now I'm in need of getting job but company do not provide my experience and relieving letter... Please do needful help for me and for my further carrier....

I was working in teleperformance thane.
I submitted my resignation on 1 march and then i severd my notice period i.e. 30 days later i even extend my notice period till 8 April.
So my last working day was 8 April 2023.
I submitted company assets on time.
Later my team leader told me to submit new resignation from myhr portal.
So i gave e-resign on 11 th April.
Now i tried contacting the hrhelpdesk...

Teleperformance has updated wrong DOJ against my UAN in EPFO portal causing dual employment. My DOJ was Oct 9th 2020 and DOE was Nov 13th 2020, yet They updated DOJ as 20th March 2021 as DOJ in EPFO.
I have been contacting them through their helpdesk, they said they have forwarded it to their PF dept. This will take more days and my current employer wants this to be corrected in 5 days else they will terminate me.
