This is Riya Dutta and ive worked for Teleperformence for 9 Months and on my termination date they have promised me my Release letter and experience certificate will be given after 45 days. And it's more than 45 days and no one is helping every HR I've contacted multiple times is saying we don't know anything about that we can't do anything. I've also mailed to help desk to no avail. I applied back in January for an online position with Teleperformance. I was previously employed with the company a few years ago and enjoyed my time working with the company. I was rehired to start working in January. The 1st issue was Teleperformance made an error with processing my paperwork so I was pushed back to February. Hello,
I want to highlight teleperformance behind the scene picture.
I'm working in teleperformance from Jan 2020 till date. And honestly not recommended to anyone to join teleperformance. They don't care about there employee at all, all they want is production at any cost. No matter if a employee is not feeling safe at work, has some family issues etc etc ..
Even there operation manager don't have any respect for there...

I have resigned from teleperformance on 12th January 2021 and last day was 10th feb. But still after multiple communication I have not received my reliving letter yet and no payment settlements done by company. I had sent so many email but they have stopped responding.

Please have this checked as I need to submit reliving letter on priority to my new joining company for verification.
