Teleperformance — Final Discussion regarding my Termination and My FNF Amount Settlement

I Worked for 13 Months in the C2 Plaza, Jaipur Branch for a very Pathethic Process as the Salary was Insufficient and Workload was Hectic but Still i dedicated my 13 Months to this Process and Company no Behaviour or Performance Issue did not celebrate any Festival for 13 Months with my Family for this Work as I was a Bachelor in JPR, After Completing 12 Months I decided to Resign from my job as I was not receiving any Growth Opportunity even when I was working very Dedicately while I was on my Notice Period the Company decided to Terminate Me as one the polices were breached by me but there were many other employees too but they made me the Scapegoat and told me that a Final Discussion will take place and then I will be informed whether I'm terminated or not but untill then I cannot enter the Production Floor, even though the Operation(Management) knew that I'm going to Terminated they still Retained me and before I could leave the company I was Fired also it has been more than 1 Month there has been No Update from TP HR Team Or EC Team regarding the Final Discussion excluding 1 Missed Call and when I try to CONTACT the EC he is not receiving my Calls so when I Mailed the HR Team and EC team they are saying that I have to Pay Rs. 22, 000 to get my Reliving Letters, that's what this ### Management does to Hardworking and Innocent Employees, My Whole Year Experience has gone in Vain and neither I will receive any Amount from them.
