Teleperformance — HR and Investigation process

Hope you are doing well.

I am a former employee of Teleperformance ( [protected]). I was under the investigation for unethical activities from June 11, 2022.
Under the investigation, Priti sarkar (HR) and Nagendra Mishra (Investigation official) tried to forced me to accept the verdict that 'I did fraud of around ₹1500'.

The officials forcefully closed the case on June 15, 2022 without proper proof and declared me guilty.

I was working with the company from last 14 months with full of my efforts and have been a constant performer in the process.
Atleast I need proper justice by providing me the proof that I did the fraud as I didn't do any Fraud.

The officials are just trying to close the case without proper investigation and avoiding their work by framing someone else to close the case and take promotions. Actual defaulter is still in the process.

I hope to receive proper justice as well as the amount that is being deducted from my FNF amount from the company.

The HR (Priti sarkar) has no sense of communication and is very rude to the employees. I hope you will take proper care of that too so that someone else doesn't suffer from the same that I have gone through.
