Sir, i am employee of Teleperformance and i currently working as CCE in mohali branch.
Sir when i got job in this company.They said that they will give Rotational shifts of 15 days and 15 nights to employees.But i m working since joining in night shift and atleast more than 50% employees are working in night shifts.I suffered from Typhoid in feburuary and doctors suggest me to take rest at night.I give the reports to our seniors but they didn't change my shift whereas they change the shifts of many employees without any reason.They avoid me that we will change your shift after a week.After,

They didn't correct my attendance for March salary and i got deduct my 3 days salary and after that they also deduct Rs.1000 from my account as EPf contribution.
Sir, most of employees are working from another cities in only Rs.11, 500 and i got only Rs.10, 000 only because they didn't correct my attendance and after that they deduct Rs.1000 also for EPF contribution.

They also do not let go for breaks to employees at 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 7:30 to 12:00 am means the employee whose shift is 5:00 to 2:00 will get his meal after 12:00 am.

These all are happening with more than 500 employees in this company and if we talking for shift change they say that you only came to work, we did not call you.They say that you only came to work, we did not call you.Sir, we have come here to work, not to be slaves.They only fool us.
