Teleperformance — I'm complaining about my supervisor. | |||
I'm working in Teleperformance for 2.5 years and recently on March 24, I(along with several others via a selection process) got moved from Amazon.in email process to Amazon.com MU process wherein I faced eye strains for continuous system surveillance due to chats and I spoke to my Team leader and the A.M. to help me get back to the email process however I got no help from them and due to which I also got ABS marked on my attendance for the first time in my tenurity. Then, after speaking to my HR in the month June first week, even that time I got no help rather I was threatened to login or else I will get terminated which forced me to put my resignation better than working under such management. However, in the last week of june since the prime day requirement was over so we again got moved to email process. This states that there is no space for employee requirements, it's the management only who can take any decision without employee consent.
