Teleperformance — Manager Being partial and unfair

Dear Team,

From TP Indore I didn't get help from anyone so at the end I thought i[censored] could help me with the same.
Just to keep you informed I have been working with Teleperformance for Flipkart process since 29th July 21 and On 1st Jan 23 I have been promoted as a AMCC work from home and after 3 months I have been asked to join Indore office from Itarsi ( Madhya Pradesh )and rest Amcc are still working from home, Due to less number of scores in few weeks I have been asked to join office wherein others AMCC are still working from home with the same number which is completely unfair.
At the end accepting all the the things my only request was to accept my resignation by working from home due to some family reasons as I am the only responsible person at my place so requested for wfh only during my notice period which they bluntly denied and kept me off production for more than 35 days stating its under RHR investigation and suddenly after more than 20 days BHR Anshul Pradhan called up stating he will start marking Abs if I won't join office and they keep targeting me for no reason.
As the only reason was team not performing well i was also ok to take calls and complete my notice period then too they have started marking ABS, I have mentioned my problems of not joining office in my resignation as well which was already approved by my reporting manager ''Devendra Patel'' and Operations manager ''Ganesh Nikam''.
So my only request would be as rest AMCC are working from home, I could have atleast get the option to serve notice period from home by not being partial and unfair.
I hope you would understand my situation and help me out as mentioned i am ok to take calls during my notice period.
