This is inform you all that Tp payrol and HR team harrasment to employee as I had worked with TP for 4 years and paid the notice period charges now my concern are many but I will elaborate
In few
1) To had harrassed me for 5028 which was debited when my NT ID GOT CHANGED and promoted as asst manager in nov'21 salary for which I had to chased for 6 months no one was ready to help me and lastly where in had asked for my salary slip the. They had acknowledged i had write email looping Vinod sir
2) my attendance was wrongly marked when I had left the organisation on 04th April they had marked me Abs from 2nd April which I need to chass to cleared
3) my last working day was 04th now relieving letter says it's 08th April and then when I had raised the concern bhupesh.[protected]@intelenetglobal.com had reply me that my last working day will be changed to 12th April
I think Teleperformance didn't maintain the employee data
There are partiality and polices differ from employee to employee now due to which I am suffering from mental stress and I need the compensation for same alone with it I need my reliving letter with last working date as 04th April or else we need to file case for mental harrasment for same
I think to only loop the email to some or other departments
No one now the proper process how can employee can marked Abs when I'm present and worked for same Was this information helpful? |
