I was a trainee in teleperformance however i had late with valid reason snd ny trainer terminated me and i keep begging her please do not do it even cry to her she's not listening she don't have consideration although im always updating her in everything she dont care about her trainee her name is frecy lou please help me and do actions about it i dont wanna lose the job in teleperformance i been wanted to work in this company...

They terminated me without any reson or proof...

I worked as a customer service executive in intelenet global services limited at hebbal, banglore., from 19/04/2017 to 30/09/2018. I quit the organisation without serving notice period for family suituation. Now I'm in need of getting job but company do not provide my experience and relieving letter.

After selection on 23th aug i didn't get any induction meeting mail it's been one month now, none of your employees is helping to get induction mail or receiving calls, i have completed all emails and submitted documents too but they did not respond me after my selection in there company...

Hi, i am mohd ameenuddin aijaz, i was selected on 23rd aug in teleperformance and my joining was on 5tg sep 2022 but i didn't get any induction meeting mail or something and they are not even responding to there selected candidates and I am facing this from one month, from one month I was waiting for meeting link, what kind of staff do you have they are not supporting and processing meeting at the right time...

Actually i applied for a job on 15th of june and got selected on 3 july and got joining letter on 9 july... Training start on 9 august but on 10 august i get mail for resigning without any information and i tell to trainer about this then she told me it's by mistake... It will resolved soon... And i am still on training... Today is 9th September but still issue not resolved and even not getting any confirmation just only thing we getting...

I have resign form teleformance on 14 of. July and completed ma resign period also but the company have terminated me by saying that in resign I have chosen non performance category because of that the company is terminating me.
If company is terminating me than why my Hr and tl told me to serve resign period.
I want perfect reason for terminating me form my company or else I will go tho labour court.

1) To had harrassed me for 5028 which was debited when my NT ID GOT CHANGED and promoted as asst manager in nov'21 salary for which I had to chased for 6 months no one was ready to help me and lastly where in had asked...

Already submitted my resignation on July 26th 2022. Have not received my full and final settlement and not even a single update despite multiple emails. Moreover my account has been blocked too. Managers and supervisors are not helpful. HR, Employee care and payroll team are not responding. Need urgent help. Or kindly suggest if I need to consult a legal advisor to fix this....

This is Riya Dutta and ive worked for Teleperformence for 9 Months and on my termination date they have promised me my Release letter and experience certificate will be given after 45 days. And it's more than 45 days and no one is helping every HR I've contacted multiple times is saying we don't know anything about that we can't do anything. I've also mailed to help desk to no avail. Even after raising the issue there was no action taken by anyone .

Process trainer used to comment on the wearing of the employees and she asks to join her she will buy shirts from DMART of 250 Bucks each.

She does everything on the floor but nothing related to process, ZERO knowledge about Process .. I don't know why was she made process trainer.
