I am Pushpa Hiwale. My UAN no is[protected]. . My last working date is mismatched. It was 21 Feb 2018 but in Uan portal there is 5 March 2018. Please correct it. I am continuously taking follow up from last 2 years . I did many calls and emails of HR Mr Vaibhav Tilekar but after 2 replay He did not response my calls and emails . I am fed up from this issue. My Husband has just had an operation on his diabetic foot. I am in a very bad situation because of lockdown. I don't have money. I can't withdraw PF because my last working date is mismatched. I don't know who is responsible for resolving my issue. I am humbly requesting you. Please do needful. I already submitted all documents (with declaration form and ID proof attested by employer ) Many times I raised complaints on Epfo grievance portal. (HRGGN/E/2020/11479, HRGGN/E/2020/41494) But my issue is not resolved.

My name is Gita Chowdhury. My UAN number is[protected].I am not able to withdraw my PF amount. Date of exit is not mentioned from employer and even I not able to d from my end. Several times i have shared this mail but no response from their end. I had left the job on 29th April'21 still I am facing this issue.
Dear Team,

I have update my bank details in EPFO portal, but it's pending with employer for digital signature. For the same i 'm taking follow-up with the helpdesk team but still i am not getting any resolution on this. also my LWD in not yet updated on portal, i am also trying to get it update but its showing from companies contribution is pending.

hope so my issue will be resolve very soon.
