Hi, I was working with TELEPERFORMANCE (formerly SERCO/INTELENET) during October 12, 2016 to December 05, 2017 and left because of health issues.
However, I didn't take my PF amount till today because I was hospitalized and was undergoing treatment. Later, I tested positive for covid too.
So, I requested Tele performance to help me with the procedure to get the amount transferred to my savings account as am not recovered completely and this amount would help me for my treatment.
Also, I tried checking with the people at PF office(Chennai) and they told FORM-19 should be sent to TP with Aadhaar copy, pan copy and cancelled cheque with my bank account details which I have done on 18OCT, 2021 and till datre am following up. But, still I haven't got any proper response from TP and they keep forwarding my mail to different team, which goes on loop.
Hence, pls help me on the same
