Teleperformance — Provident fund not transfer from 1 month

Dear team

I have mail many times and also talk to hr helpline no also as I was employee in flipkart process and i have amount in my Provident fund of Teleperformance company and i have request to transfer that fund to my another company but till now that fund is not from more than 1 month and it's showing that waiting from the company to accept it and again they are showing the stupid excuses that there site is not working to approve and soo in kindly approve my request as soon as possible
