Teleperformance — Re-hiring status delibrately showing not eligible and relieving letter not received even after proper resignation

ISSUE - As per my offer letter it was written that if i wanted to leave the teleperformance then i need to serve 30 days notice period and can leave the company but at the time of giving resignation my manager informed me that separation policy has been changed and now i need to serve 60 days notice period. After listening to this news i asked my manager whether he can share updated companies separation policy with me on email or he can guide me to where to check this separation policy on teleperformance website or on any links because i told him that prior to my resignation i had not received any written communication about updated companies separation policy but my manager didnt replied and didnt helped me in this and he havent responded on my question also after my resignation he had conducted meeting of all other employees in our central operations process and was explaining them about companies separation policy and 60 days notice period of resignation thats too after my issue came into lime light. Due to some personal reasons i was not in that postion to serve complete 60 days notice period so i had requested my manager and BHR that i can serve only 30 days notice period and for the remaining 30 days notice period they can adjust it with my leave balance or i can pay the notice period recovery amount. So that time both my manager and BHR agreed on this and given their mutual consent for the same. After leaving the company i got my FNF salary but i didnt received my relieving letter and also when i cross checked in teleperformance my re-hiring status is showing NO. I dont know where i went wrong? Even after taking mutual consent and discussing everything with BHR & my manager then too why they did such wrong thing with me?

Now my humble request to you please help me to get my relieving letter and salary slips from DEC-2018 till APRIL-2019.

Because of this unprofessional behaviour of few teleperformance people my career will hamper in future and i dont want this dark mark on my profile and on my resume.
