Dear Team.

This is to inform you all that, I resigned from your esteemed company on 1st of Oct 2021, without notice due to my personal issues, and I am well aware of the consequences of spot resignation, and ready to face that but inspite of submitting the resignation from my personal mail id, I am still showing active in MY HR and my attendance is getting marked as SUPL instead of LWD RES, this is a kind of harassment and also not in the policy, please intervene and do the needful at the soonest.
