Teleperformance — relieving letter

Hi,

I worked for teleperformance jaipur mansarovar site from may 2017 to jan 2019 {adobe process). I was not able to serve the notice period as i had to go to take care of my mother who had gone thru kidney operation long back and still suffering from wounds. I was not able to inform to my supervisor and tprms was not working on which we used to drop a text message. I was marked job abandon ans after couple of month i came back to rejoin but this time i was short listed for microsoft process but adobe managers didn't send positive feedback so i was not able to rejoin. After 8 months i got a new job in a different company based in jaipur and went back to teleperformance to get my full n final done and paid 17732 rupees to get a peice of paper which clearly states that it could be considered as a reliving letter and i showed it to my new employer and they said u are marked as ja and i got delayed in joining and went back to teleperformance to request them to change the separation type. They denied.
