Teleperformance — Resignation denial

Myself Manoj Pal worked for about 1year and 6 months as an employee we don't get any rights working here, even the BHR misbehaves without even realising nor we found any support from the superiors, I've submitted my e-resignation and after serving my notice period the HR team confirms me that there wasn't any resignation submitted from my end and raised a complain about the same to escalated that turned out to be a wrong decision and it is me who have been blamed for the same therefore have to serve another notice period with them, The way the superiors react to our problems is sad
