Teleperformance — Salary on hold

Hello,
I want to highlight teleperformance behind the scene picture.
I'm working in teleperformance from Jan 2020 till date. And honestly not recommended to anyone to join teleperformance. They don't care about there employee at all, all they want is production at any cost. No matter if a employee is not feeling safe at work, has some family issues etc etc ..
Even there operation manager don't have any respect for there employee and don't know how to talk to a employee. Even there Employee depertment is same. So there's no one whom you contact for your issue/problems.
The worst is going on after this covid ... They want that each and every employee will take calls/chat at zero call flow for 8.5 hrs without any hold/mute etc
Even after following with ec and operations my salary has been put on hold cause i was on leave.
Also there is no weekoff till I was on leave.
The worst organization to work and to to get mental harrasment.
Even in this pandemic situation cause of there operation manager I've to take leave and even after his fault my salary was put on hold without any reason.
So what's the benefits of working with this organisation when in this situation they can't offer salary to there employee.
And the worst site and management is at Teleperformance Mansarovar Jaipur Location.
