I had purchased a plot from templerose real estate pvt ltd at pingori taluka, purandar in pune and had the agreement done by temple rose. The agents of temple rose branch which was initially at east street galleria on east street and then moved office to mg road, pune, would always say that the na is in progress and that the plotting would be done soon. I have also finished paying my emi's, my last emi payment was in dec' 2015. I have tried cancelling the plot and asked for refund of my money thrice at their mg road office but for the last more than 1 year they are not taking the cancelations either. I have heard about the scam/fraud from newspapers, online articles etc and now they have also closed their mg road office. I have just been passed from pillar to post. I'm not sure how to get my money back from these fraudsters. Kindly let me know how can i get my amount back for the payments i have made towards the plot of rs 2.65 lakhs.
