Templeyatri — templeyatri is a fraud company

I had paid Rs 30000/- as booking amount for 3 person for Kailash Mansarovar Yatra on[protected]. Later due to passport issue we have changed our plan from Kailash Mansarovar to Amarnath Yatra and told to Mr. Mangat and Amit of Templeyatri. They promised me to adjust my full amount in Amarnath Yatra. I had booked Air ticket from Lucknow to Srinagar in July 2017 but they did not provide any facility after no of calls . Later we had to cancel the Air ticket of Rs 23246/- with zero refund. After that I am regularly following up for my refund but they are delaying it. I have written no of emails to Mr. Ranjan but they are not giving any response. So Finally I have decided to file Police and Legal complaint against Mr. Ranjan, Amit, Mangat and Vibha (Accounts).
