I have given a complaint at tez customer care they told to go to bank and give the compliant there. I have given a complaint at my bank they did not give any response i have purchased a card from whohoo website using my tez payment money debited from my tez account but marchant didn't get payment my transaction details to: woohoo (Woohoo. [protected]@axisbank) google transaction id: cicaglcu-szbcw upi transaction id:[protected] the same confirmed by woohoo by mail that they didn't get any payment. Please resolve this problem full details amount - 1, 001 and transaction id [protected] status: payment successful payment started payment processed by partner bank money deposited in recipient's bank in dispute.
