Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Preeti Balvant Thaker & my file number is[protected]. I have taken loan from HDFC Ltd., and I am eligible for benefits of CLSS scheme. I have submitted my file on 5 th June. 2017 that time my area is not in consideration, but in 2017 rules changed & decided to give subsidy how have taken loan after Jun 2015. My files Status is clear for subsidy nothing to submit and all documents are in order. HDFC Ltd. also told me your file is readies for subsidy nothing to do from your side.
So many times visited to HDFC Ltd., all the time they said your file in process any you will get your subsidy within short time. I am waiting since last 1 year and 7 moths, till date nothing proper answer or nor get subsidy.
I have done so many phone calls they answers me next slot you will get definitely subsidy but I have not get yet. In last September they told me my file is in NHB & some audit is going on so you will surely get subsidy.
After that after 15 days when I call them and ask them strictly they are telling me that file is not forwarded yet. Sir, I can give you name of my friends who get subsidy before me all have submitted for CLSS scheme. All time they change topic & not giving me right answer.
My all friends & neighbors we who has applied for subsidy with me or after me from HDFC Ltd. and other bank get subsidy but I have not get yet.
Sir, Kindly interferes and does the needful in my case and help to get subsidy (CLSS) for my housing loan.
