I am traveling from Thane station to bhiwandi and I have seen conductor sitting on the seat while the passengers are standing in the bus .is this the way to treat passengers very bad service.conductor code is 25773.

Evening time passengers have to wait 1 hours for bus due to low frequency & then small buses are sent and very high frequency for vrindavan society buses & passengers doesn't even have to wait 5 minutes.I need to just draw attention that human beings also live in kolshet & not animals, so please treat us as human beings and increase frequency between 6pm to 9pm.Will appreaciate co operation from you

driver during ride only talking to each other not consorntrait on his driving on road. This is really unrealistic way of driving. Please take a action against both

Give a bus halt at civil corner stop to all buses which are passing from civil hospital all the passenger have to run for buses to corners maximum residential are from corner side where pawarnagar, tulsidham, shivai, yeour, and 6no vrindavan halts give the civil stop at corner to all buses so public can easily pick and drop the ride from civil stop plz make it simple for all commuters thank you

Sir we are regular tax player residing in lodha amara and taking thane kolseth bus service it's found frequency is minimal and not according to population of area instead it's found some route buses goes empty on another route. Thane station seems not managed by anyone and services found totally ineffective . Why we should wait for bis for hrs and hrs after travelling by train . Please look into it make improvement....

There is no bus in mumbra to Bhiwandi...and I'm waiting for more than 1:30 hrs still waiting...and people are also waiting for Bhiwandi bus...and there is no bus timing given anywhere.. people also don't know bus timing people are standing in sun..we need more bus (Mumbra to Bhiwandi)...
Take strict action..as soon as possible..thanks you.

I, the citizen of Mumbra Thane complaing about the late bus coming regularly. The bus is from bharat gear to mira road but it is not coming at proper time

The person who manages the bus traffic at Thane station west bus stop argues with the costumers unnecessarily
He was forcing me to get into the bus with rush and when I refused to do so he stared arguing and insulted me
This behaviour is very inappropriate
I don't feel comfortable to travel from tmt
It has affected me mentally and i wasn't able to focus at studies in college
I sincerely request you to consider my complaint

I reside at Bhiwandi and all the Bus no.88 from Bhiwandi to Mulund are refusing to drop people at the destination and managing use by dropping thane, we have wasted 2-3 hours waiting for mulund bus and every bus I asked told us to wait for next bus! This has caused me to reach late for my job and affected my pay! Please take a serious look in this matter and make sure this doesn't repeat again

This is to inform you that we were standing at Hari Niwas bus stop waiting for bus going to Thane station. Time was 8.40 am on 05th sep 2022.
One bus number 1693 going to Thane station approached stop… even after seeing passengers standing at the stop, driver did not stop the bus..: bus was hardly filled with passengers…
Strict action should be taken against the driver of bus number 1693 going to Thane station.. board on the bus was numbered 3-Thane station…
This is pathetic services shown by handful drivers because of which entire TMT service of is questioned…

Driver of Bus no MHO4 KF0082 is completely etiquette less and dont know how to talk with anyone. Without any reason usne mujhe gali di aur road pe chilla k bat ki

I am regularly picking bus from wagle estate Road no 16 and the signal was there. And bus no 12 came pawar nagar and stand at bus stop. But the driver not opened the door inspite of repeated request. And again bus goes and stop at the signal i again went there and he refuses to open again. And this problem face by everyone at the bus stop . As limited buses are available for mulund pawar route. Please i request you to inform your drivers to open the doors. And get action against driver of bus no 12 Pawar Nagar. bus no. MH 04 HY 1751

I was travelling from thane manpada to Borivali Station east through a TMT Bus route No 60 having registration no MH04-HY-7628 on Sunday Date 7th August 2022. Firstly I waited almost an hour for the bus. And when the bus arrives it did not had its indicator ON which shows the bus no and route information. Secondly it stopped almost 150 to 200 meters away from the Bustop. And it only opened the front door and did not open the back door and started going away from the bus stop. And then I tried to stop the bus and when I asked the driver of the bus no and tried to get in the bus from front door, he did not gave me the answer. I then asked the passengers about the bus and got in. After this conductor and driver started to argue with me that I should get in from the back door. And misbehaved with me and refused to give me a ticket. I just want an answer as how will a person get in from a back door if the driver doesn’t opens it? And how can a conductor refuses to give a ticket to a passenger if the bus arrives almost after an hour. Is this low the TMT frequency?

This has become daily routine of TMT buses that they are becoming late it has been more than a month.
They are not coming on proper timing.
I am standing on the stop from 8:40 and its 9:15 but bus is not coming.

Kindly take action for the same. Although the helpline number is given but no one picks up the call. Why you have to provide number when their is no one to take actions about the same....

Please change this driver who brings this bus at 6.40 from kasarvadvli to thane station. Slow as a tortoise. No sense of driving and no sense of time for others. Lazy person and argues a lot when corrected. Arrives very late at the stop. Ask him to sit at home if he does not want to work.

Please hire some fast drivers from kasarvadvli bus stop to thane station. Always this bus drivers come late specially 6.40am bus driver. Very slow like tortoise.
