The Big Book Box — product not received | |||||
I ordered a harry potter mega merchandise box from this online website on 10th april 2019. I have yet to receive the order and no assurance has been provided so far. I have engaged in a lot of less than fruitful conversations with their customer cate executives and to no avail. After placing the order i have not received a valid order id and they have backtracked on sharing the shipping dates on 11th november, the reminders which i received on my phone, and went on to vaguely mention that my box is in the third lot that would on 25th november. When i confronted them with the latter after the commencement of devember, asking my order id and tracking details they have not complied. I even registered a complaint with razorpay and they have replied that transaction was successful. Pleaae intervene and mark this website for i feel duped all in all! Tried reaching customer care through their mail ID, but no response.
I need a full refund with interest immediately.
