Hi sir/madam

I purchased step english course online. Content provided by step is not value for money. There is video and questions over it. But as per their portal, they promise to provide much depth grammar and vocabulary etc. I purchased to improve english. But according to their content, it is for below 10th class student.
I contacted on their given mail id, facebook and whatsapp.. They said that they will revert back me after discussion, but they don't.
I asked them to give me my money back so that i can look for other way to work on my learning.

As i see there is picture of 2 girls they are innocent because of boy her life geting spoiling kindly request a lot to remove that 2 girls who in skaff it will be very thank full from u once again requesting to remove, who has did this bad work his nothing going, girl whose pic uploaded her life in tense

I paid for online annual subscription of rs 1699. They are neither giving me newspaper nor refund, calling them from 15 days. They dont call back, just keep saying we will get back to you in 2 days and never do that. The customer care does not care to understand and just hangs up saying complaint is taken. The sales or collections team dors not call even after being promised call back from them. Either they are pathetic in their service or they do it purposely to keep the money of subscription and make some earnings this way.

I was promised a refund on call and i have the recording of the call but i did not get my refund. I want my full refund amount as i am not receiving the newspaper

I pay 500/- to him for job he is saying job is confirm I will send the details of clinte within 30 minute then I call him he is not answering to my call no call no msg no clinte so plz strict action for this agent

I am a hindu daily subscriber having subscribed for six months online which is currently effective. The paper boy throws the newspaper into the compound of my house even while it rains. It is happening quite often. To make any complaint, the online website of hindu or the helpline number are not available. When i contacted the local agent, he has been arrogant. I want my subscription back and i don't want to subscribe to the paper any more.

I have cancelled my hindu news paper subscription on 27th september as the daily paper is not delivered on time (Every day i received paper at 9 am). Still i haven't received amount from hindu and also i am still getting the paper at irregular time. There is no proper response also provided by customer care.

I feel i am cheated by hindu as last 2 months i am struggling with hindu team on giving the paper at on time (They promised to provide paper before 7.30 am) but no action on this. Since they couldn't provide on time delivery, i asked for refund. Even that they couldn't provide. I have paid annual subscription and only 2 months over, very unhappy on this.

When hindu is highlighting public issues on their newspaper, who is going to highlight issues on their side.

Can i get proper response on this?

My "the hindu" subscription is due for renewal, on 29-09-19, as per your message. I renewed my subscription, on 16-09-19, my subscriber id:[protected]. So for, i have not yet receive any communication through my e-mail ([protected]@ymail.com), then, how i can communicate to my vendor that my subscription was renewed?

So, i request you, to send one renewal certificate/order, to my e-mail, so that i can inform to my local "the hindu"newspaper vendor accordingly.

I have subscribed for the weekend edition on 6th of august and still have not received any paper. Today is 23rd september. I have sent repeated emails but only get empty promises. Awful service. I dont understand how such a reputed organisation is surviving with such an useless team.

This information forwarded to hindu news paper office, thiruvananthapuram and also informed to mr. Rakesh kumar, hindu news paper circulation and distribution manager in charge in attingal areas for the same, unfortunately he not responded for this. So i'm not responsible for this period. Please take the proper action immediately.

I have called to cutomer care but they are not helping me either. Worst experience with Hindu publications. Kindly somebody help me in this.

I had subscribed to "the hindu" monthly subscription and after unsubscribing for it, the amount is getting deducted from my credit card. This is happening for the second time. Earlier also, when i was a customer, newspaper delivery was not regular because of which i had to unsubscribe. After unsubscribing the newspaper, you'll get notification that your card is unlinked from auto pay, then too money will be duducted. After multiple calls and continuous mails, they'll finally unlink your card. What is the point of giving option in your account to unlink the card or unsubscribe the newspaper when ultimately, it'll be customer executive who will be unlinking and assuring that further amount won't be deducted.

I have subscribed to the Hindu e-newspaper for 1 year 27 August 2019 to 25th oct 2020. But after few days of successful provided e-newspaper I stopped receiving e-newspaper from 3rd September 2019. They are showing that session is expired, applying for renew. please reply to me as soon possible.

I request you to kindly take action for refunding my money as you could not solve the problem even after filing complaints and phone calls.

I do not want pursue the matter because you are not taking the case seriously.

In this heading, i didn't understand what h. P means, if it means himachal pradesh then chamoli is in uttarakhand and if it means something else then i want to know. It is of 13 august, 2019 on page no. 05, north segment.

There are sometimes prominent errors in the hindu.
Although, i want to make a concern about language written in the hindu, english used is of too high décor, which everyone can't understand as everyone is not scholar.

Use of world dalit and other words should be taken care of.

(adjective) can be anything else like "4 people got hit by a truck". But why as Rape survivor"? Please don't kill her again and again, Please.

The Media should be more careful about the choice of words. I din't expect this from a reputed newspaper like 'The Hindu'.

Till date i have not received the gift, i have mailed so many times to their customer care but all in vain. Each time i was told to wait for week. The hindu is cheat organization. I don't get any confirmation cal or i dint recieve any news paper. The hindu is very negligent in online subscriptions since we pay all the money at once they neglect don't subscribe for online any more.. Worst experience with the hindu... Please resolve my issue soon or give my money back as i don't get any hardcopy... Worst worst.. Please check my problem once vendor is irresponsible and dint get paper for 1 week worst experience with the online subscription don't opt for online ones.. Better go to near by vendors and purchase paper waste the hindu worst paper support
