I had subscribed to "the hindu" monthly subscription and after unsubscribing for it, the amount is getting deducted from my credit card. This is happening for the second time. Earlier also, when i was a customer, newspaper delivery was not regular because of which i had to unsubscribe. After unsubscribing the newspaper, you'll get notification that your card is unlinked from auto pay, then too money will be duducted. After multiple calls and continuous mails, they'll finally unlink your card. What is the point of giving option in your account to unlink the card or unsubscribe the newspaper when ultimately, it'll be customer executive who will be unlinking and assuring that further amount won't be deducted.
