Inspite of my repeated calls and complaints no action has been taken and i am not getting hindu paper from 13/8/2019. However he has supplied one day on 17/8/2019. Again stopped supplying.

I request you to kindly take action for refunding my money as you could not solve the problem even after filing complaints and phone calls.

I do not want pursue the matter because you are not taking the case seriously....

In this heading, i didn't understand what h. P means, if it means himachal pradesh then chamoli is in uttarakhand and if it means something else then i want to know. It is of 13 august, 2019 on page no. 05, north segment.

There are sometimes prominent errors in the hindu.
Although, i want to make a concern about language written in the hindu, english used is of too high décor, which everyone can't understand as everyone...

Date: Jul 29 17. The news is "U.P rape survivor injured in an accident". Even though she has survived the Rape, she cant survive the Media. The tag line
(adjective) can be anything else like "4 people got hit by a truck". But why as Rape survivor"? Please don't kill her again and again, Please.

The Media should be more careful about the choice of words. I din't expect this from a reputed newspaper like 'The Hindu'....

I subscribed the frontline magazine from the hindu with a promised gift of american tourister kit bag during the month of february. Till date i have not received the gift, i have mailed so many times to their customer care but all in vain. Each time i was told to wait for week. The hindu is cheat organization. I will file a case in consumer court now...

I had paid for annual subscription of the hindu in october 2018. However i have not been receiving the newspaper from 1st july, 2019 and the distributor is refusing to provide the newspaper stating that the subscription has ended. Please look into this and arrange for delivery of the paper till 30th september, 2019.

Subscribed for the above a week back - could not see the edition even after a week. Made 2/3 complaints by e-mail to customersupport with no answer. I ave given news & media in the absence of anything else like subscription....

I don't get any confirmation cal or i dint recieve any news paper. I had subscription of young world magazine and order i'd is w20190617esub7702. This has to be delivered every friday and is activated from 28th of june 2019. Till now i have not received even a single copy. Even after several mails and calls to customer care. I am not getting my magazine. Recently i had paid for the subscription of the hindu newspapers on 25/06/2019 i was mentioned that i will receive my paper by 1/07/2019 onwards but i didn't receive any paper and when i call the customer service they saying they will arrange tomorrow and it's been 3 days i didn't receive my paper i want my paper or my money back quickly why have to keep the areas which you can't deliver as the areas of delivery worst service in my life you...

My complaint no sr10529 has been registered for a month now and nearly 2 months i have not got the paper. Customer care has been highly insensitive in addressing my issue and neither will they respond proactively. If you have such an incompetent customer care, why do you even claim as one of the oldest and top most leading paper in india. Inturn it should be termed top misleading customer care....

All other newspapers are available. So many people are asking for hindu newspaper. When i asked the shopkeeper, he said that distributor is not there for hindu newspaper. It is available till 3months back. My place is 0nly 30kms from hyderabad and it is revenue division. Please solve the issue....

Sir, I have renewed my Hindu newspaper subscription from 01.06.19 to 31.05.20 through online payment. Since 4 days I am not getting the Paper. When contacted our regular paper boy he informed that he has no communication about my subscription renewal. It's disgusting. Please look into it and ensure delivery of Hindu newspaper.

Please provide newspaper in rajgir (Bihar). Almost all newspaper is being delivered here except the hindu. There is direct connectivity between patna and rajgir. Distance is also under 100kms with good quality of road. Being a part of defence organisation here in rajgir, i know some other people who are interested in reading the hindu.
I request you to please consider this. And if possible please reply....

The payment has done on 23rd may 2019 for 6 months of rs. 999 /= till now the paper is not delivered to us.
When we talk to customer care they say today you will receive the paper but until today we have not received.

If it is not possible return the amount immediately. Talking every day the same issue the stress increases, waste of time and energy....

It has been five days and we have not received the newspaper. I have paid for in advance and this is non delivery is very unfortunate and not a responsible behaviour. Kindly arrange for the delivery of the newspaper at the earliest. I have already registered a complaint online two days back and this is my second complaint. I hope action is taken against the agent responsible.

I am not able to subscribe for the hindu in school online. I find the site www.thehindu.com/theweekend has a 404 error. When i call up on[protected] despite selecting 0 for the operator i keep getting the same message.

Unfortunately the local newspaper distributor in saharanpur who supplies the hindu is not aware of this paper.

Is sending a cheque the only way out?
