I had subscribed for the Hindu young world in AUG 2018. however have never received a single copy neither they are refunding my subscription charges too. It has been 4 months still no solution. I have called them uncountable times still they are not willing to refund my money. Customer care executives are least responsible and afraid to transfer call to their higher officials.

Till today i have not received the the same.

It is requested that start of delivery of the magazine may be done at the earliest. It is also requested the the individual concerned should contact the given mobile number and confirm for delivery.

I would like to bring to your attention that i had subscribed to the hindu newspaper online in oct 2016 and i had renewed it again in oct 2017; however, after renewal, i had some issues with beginning newspaper delivery and after quite a lot of emails and phone calls to customer service team they resolved it in mar 2018, i. E., technically my subscription started only on mar 7, 2018.

With that being said, on oct 14, 2018 i was informed that my subscription has ended and they stopped delivering newspaper again. A week prior to the subscription renewal date itself i had spoken to cs team, explained that my subscription only started in mar 2018 and requested extension of the current subscription till mar 2019 and they verified the details and said they will escalate it for extension but it's been over a month now without the daily newspaper and all my calls and emails to cs team are not yielding any results.

I request you to kindly address it on priority and resolve it at the earliest.

I had cancelled my subscription and requested refund few months back. They customer service team keep saying that there will be a call back from hindu and refund will come in 2 weeks. But nothing had happened. I have requested many times. I have sent my account details also to customer care email. But still no response. Always they say, we will get back in 2 days. I have subscribed in online. I think it is better to go thru local agent that online.

I had renewed my subscription for the hindu daily on 19/10/2018 vide ref id: t20181019esub7057.
Yesterday, on 15/11/2018 our newspaper boy informed that i will not be supplied with the newspaper from today onwards due to non-payment/non-renewal of my subscription. Immediately, at about 8.00 am i had contacted on toll free no:[protected] and informed the customer care executive about the incident. I was assured that my complaint will be attended to within 24 to 48 hours. But did not receive th daily issue.
Incidentally, subsequent to my telephonic complaint, i had received message and e-mail stating that my interaction regarding change of address is registered with reference no: a296386, which is absolutely absurd. I had simply asked the executive to correct the pin code as 560 100 instead of 560102 wrongly mentioned in my address. Today, (16/11/2018) at about 9 am also i tried to contact the customer care but invain, since i did not receive today's issue also. Um

I would like to request you to kindly restore supply of daily newspaper as well as to compensate for non-supply of today's edition.

My name is s v ram mohan, my residing address is flat 2a, door no 50-96-4/7/3, sairatneswara residency, north extension seethammadhara, visakhapatnam 530013. I am regular reader of the hindu news paper, but since last three days i am not receiving my daily edition. I have discussed the matter with the concerned agent of this area, every time he is commits me to send the missed copy but actually he never sends.
If this is the affair of paper delivery in the heart of visakhapatnam, then what would be the the status remote areas. This state of affairs forces me to change my choice of news paper. This is the status of "india's national news paper since 1878"

I have subscribed for [protected]@school online and haf paid the amount long back. After continuous follow up i received a copy of the same on 4.11.18. But the next edition dt 11.11.18 is not yet received. If there is any difficulty in servicing my order please refund my amount because for each and every edition i need to do follow up. I did not expect such delays froma reputed paper like hindu.

I am a resident of district pathanamthitta, kerala.
For 2 weeks now, i have been receiving only the main section of the sunday hindu news paper. This is about 22 pages. The rest of about 23 pages of the hindu paper (Supplements etc) are not delivered.
My assessment of the reasons for this deficiency are as under:-
1. The agent deals with different newspapers and periodicals. As a result, he is unable to keep a track of the supplements of any particular paper on any given day.
2. The boys who put the supplements into the main news paper may not be aware. They may also be in a hurry to finish their job.

My suggestion is that as you are currently doing with supplement edge and opportunities, you may like to insert the supplements into the news paper, and make it into one whole.

Irregular supply of news paper by the hindu.
Its been a torture for me and my father - that you are not supplying your paper regularly.

I have subscribed for hindu as well as business line. (Yearly subscriptions)

Mr/s. Hindu claims to supply news paper and collects money online. However they are highly irregular.
And by irregular supply - i mean they miss to supply 1 or 2 papers every week!!

Mr/s. Hindu should apologize for their incompetency to supply their papers.

Re. Delayed commencement of delivery not taken in to account.
I refer to the message received from you last year when there was delay in commencement of delivery of the newspaper months after my payment. The delivery commenced only after november, 2017. Now the vendor has stopped delivery from 16/10/2018 onwards. Kindly give necessary instructions to the deliverer to continue delivery till november, 2018 as promised last year under last year subscription. I have also made payment through credit card last week on 16/3/2018 for the next year subscription. Kindly do the needful

I purchased the hindu newspaper hardcopy subscription for 1 year, first of all, they did not started delivering newspaper on scheduled date and now they will be not delivering it often. I took one year subscription for the hindu english new paper, here i attached my subscription details for your reference.

I already raised request twice to change my address, according to my new address still i can't get new paper for past two months.
Please do a arrangement to get the paper for my new address.

This complain is regarding the subscription of your newspaper. I had already made the payment for the upcoming years subscription by about 10 days in advance to get newspaper from october 16 continuously. But it's been 3 days since i haven't received the paper. As it'e been 3 days kindly look into the matter and see through that we get the newspaper as soon as possible. Also extend my subscription for 3 more days as you haven't delivered the newspaper for last 3 days (I. E on october 16, 17, 18) as it starts on october 16. Kindly look in this matter asap and take immediate action.

Sir i am student of acgcet, here we have one professor his name is mariraj mohan, he belong to department of civil engineering, he is torturing students mentally who is not obeying his words, and also he is seeing the girls in bad manner, one time he look a girl in a bad manner and the girl realised that, and she get away from him, because of the he trying to fail the girl in examination even though she is a topper of the class, and he is pushing the students in wrong path and mentally commit suicide, sir i request you to take some decision against him otherwise lots of students life will spoil, writting this because i am also mentally tortured by him, i am written this with a good sense and knowledge, sir please take some decision against him otherwise lots of students life will spoiled, some of the student may chances to commit suicide. We have subscribed to the hindu newspaper through a person named ram he has not been available for past 10 days and hence we do not get newspaper.
We have tried to call him, whatsapp him but no response. When asked about him his co-workers do not know anything.
He has not given any receipt for subscription but newspaper had been given for one month

I subscribed the hindu newspaper with order id: t20180704esub2825. I should get my copy from 1st oct. But till now i have not received my copy. I contacted customer care number of times. They gave me same answer always that "you will receive your copy from tomorrow". Complaint reference number is a274478. This is very shameful from a newspaper agency. I believe that a local distributor who is selling a newspaper is not interested that the customer should get a copy directly from the newspaper company. You please resolve this issue quickly and let me enjoy reading the current happenings.

What an idiotic circulation dept. You have! When my hindu tamil subscription period ends, you never informed me. Should you not inform me at least 3 or 4 weeks in advance?

While searching your website https://pay.hindu.com, there is no sign or display of tamil hindu newspaper! What sort of business you are running?

I hope this complaint will not be read or replied by your circulation dept.

Go to hell. I wont recommend this tamil hindu newspaper to anybody.
