I subscribed for newspaper on jul 13. Subscription period[protected]

The newspaper delivery is very irregular. Every other day one or two sheets will be missing and at least once in a week, the person delivers indian express which turns my mood off for the whole day. When i tried talking to him, he replied in a rude and careless manner. Today he said over phone that he hasn't received any message from the hindu's end regarding my subscription, hence he won't be delivering me the newspaper from tomorrow.
I have been a subscriber since july 2017. And the newspaper's agent has troubled me in a similar way in the past as well.
So i am hereby requesting you to please change my subscription to e-paper for the remaining period as i don't want to deal with that troublesome agent.
Please consider my request.

Ihave been subscribing hindu since last 12-13 years. Sometimes i pay on line also. But in july i have paid online and i god thanks message from hindu office also. — tx-thindu on saturday 1-7-2018 — that they rcd 1899rs online and my order id is — w20180701esub7185. And my subscriber id is [protected],, and my mobile no. Regd with u is [protected]. I did not paper from 1-9 to till today as my online payement is not acknowledged and not noted by hyderabad hindu office which is very disgusting lie for me.,,, afterwards i have complained to customer care office on toll free number at hindu chennai office also. And its reference number is a258495 on 3-9-2018.

Kindluy look into the matter seriously and see that i get hindu paper regularly hereafter and also compensate fthepaper issue for 9- 10days more also bcos it is your hyderabads office istake also. I will b very pleased i[censored] pl. Send us and update the progress ad see that paper is issued regularly soon and dont deprive our subscription privilage when it is paid online already by online method provided by your good offices pl.,, take swift action favourably soon and inform us by message or phone which i am eagerly awaiting also.

This is to inform that i am not getting paper since one and half month but i have took a year plan
Even people here were not even responding properly
This was second time since i started getting paper. First i hav been complaining to guntur office but no use later in a week after posting here i got the paper again.
As a trusted customer of hindu paper i don’t want this kind of service to b repeated sir because we don’t want between people to spoil ur circulation related matters... Please go through this issue and provide paper as soon as possible

My subscriber id is [protected]. I have renewed my subscription till aug 2019 and the hindu payment ref is t[protected]esub7105. I have not been receiving newspaper for last 3 days despite a complaint with call centre 2 days back. Today unable to get the call centr also. Highly unsatisfied with this high hands attitude. If you are unable to rectify please arrange refund.

I paid my renewal as per the mail sent from the hindu. But i did not receive my paper and when i asked they said me i did the payment on 28th of august 2018 so paper will come only on 16th of september 2018. When i said as per your mail only i did the payment which said renewal before 31st august 2018 the did not properly respond and give me a solution. I said i need this process to be fast and want the paper for my daily exam preperation purpose they just said we will help and didt provide any help. Poor way to deal with customer even after paying before time as provided in their mail. I need a solution and cannot wait till 16th of september.

I got subscribed from 01/09/18, for a year. I didn’t receive my copy the first day. When asked, the agency says they haven’t received any intimation regarding my subscription. Due to some miscommunication between the hindu and the agent, still my copies are pending.
Moreover, the agent said, they receive their copies by 06:30 am everyday. So they don’t have the delivery boys, as they go to school. By which, they can only deliver my copy the next day.
I tried contacting the office multiple times, but no proper response so far. Literally, there is not even a single person who is responsible.
Shame on these people.

I made subscription renewal payment since last week before the renewal date through online link, my subscription started on last 31st aug 2018 but still i am not receiving hindu paper at my home. I here by attached proof of renewal copy for your reference.

I lodged complaint via toll free no but no response since last 4-5 days, but no action takes place.

I asked paper vendor mr. Vijay ([protected]) who told me that this issue being created due to online payment, if the payment made through vendor paper will come surely. If made online payment hindu makes always issue...

Who will give compensation to me in last 3-4 days for paper not receiving???

I have paid on 23rd july 2017 rs.999 (Cheque) for annual subscription and promised to get the back pack bag with in 15 days while collecting cheque.

Till date (Almost after a year) i did not received the bag.

So many times contacted the customer care, they lodged the complaint but it is for name sake.

I called the agent, not answered properly and did not pick my call afterwards.

Being one of the most popular newspaper, i did not expect the service from the your agent and your customer care department.

After one your, my subscription going to end by this month (Sep 2018), customer care people and agent regularly calling and asking for renewal.

They did not bother for last one year for my call and complaint.

Myself nagashree a c residing in bilekahalli (Near btm lake road).
I have raised several complainants for not receiving the newspaper, i always got cliche response telling you will get in a few days. I have been calling them more than 5 times. Still, service has not improved.
I have raised the issue for the refund of new subscription they are not accepting it.

Above mentioned heading news in Kozhikod edition mentioned that Mr D B Bini s pointed about the usage of Tsunami fund in Kerala. But in that paragraph mentioned that about Okhi disaster but that is wrong thats also Tsunami fund.The reader confused about is it Tsunami or Okhi.

And requested to continue the hindu paper service to my new address. Despite of my several calls to your customer care, i have not received the paper even a day.
This is my last try and the next is to approach the senior official of yours.

I have not been getting my young world subscription again. This is the second time. I have paid the annual subscription once for the address in uniworld city, in gurugram and again i have made the payment and and got only two issues though i made the payment for the entire year. I have visited the hindu newspaper advertisement agency in parrys, chennai (Opposite to the madras high court) on 26/6/2018 to give an advertisement for my advocate enrolment purpose. There one mr. Abdul razzak who said he will do the needful by receiving the amount of rs.1, 100 told me that the news will be published on 27/6/2018. The very next day he called me and said the cost is rs.4, 900. I requested him to cancel the advertisement request, which he did. When i asked him to return rs. 1, 100. His lame reasons are not acceptable and he has still not repayed the money. The professionalism “the hindu” carried for so many years is degrading. I kindly request you to take action on this and return my money back.

This is veduru sreenivasulu from t. C. Palya k r puram bangalore a hindu news paper reader. I subscribed to hindu on may month for one year, but the supplier from our area is not delivering the paper in time and frequently. With in this two months around four days i didn't received the paper. Please make arrangements to deliver the paper with out fail daily intime

The following sms message is my confirmation for the paper. But from 2 days back the paper was stopped by regular dealer because of non payment to him from the hindu paper organisation.
Why? May we know the dealer information while paying you?

hindu newspaper is not properly supplied daily in vivekananda nagar colony kukatpally hyderabad
we get all other papers early in the morning but the hindu is supplied late, on the main road of our colony there is only one vendor who sells hindu, he keeps three or four copies which exhaust immediately.
my plea is to see that the paper reaches on time with sufficient copies.
