I have made an annual subscription in advance from Jan 22 through the Peelamedu, Coimbatore, TN agent Naresh Babu. Till march it was properly delivered.
March 1st week I have shifted to Hope College,
The agent did not deliver the newspaper for one month, saying the shifting of delivery to new address is happening.,
Later he told, this will be extended in my due date of subscription,
Finally, I got the newspaper delivered on 1st week of April,
The sad part started again.
Weekly 2 days only they are now delivering the paper, I called the customer care and getting replies like will be resolved soon Or i ll get a call back.
Still the irony continues and getting newspapers devliered just 2 days a week ( that too week days)
If delivering the newspaper is so difficult then The Hindu may kindly refund my annual subscription which is fully paid up.
The Hindu customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
