I got the subscription of the hindu of 6 months (Offline package), from the time i took the subscription before lockdown itself, i was not getting news paper. Ample of times (20times) almost, had raised the complaint about, i was not getting the paper regularly, almost for a month he is providing 10days until the lockdown came, during lock down, god know when it came. The distributor cutting my call, whenever i tried to complaint, and when i try to raise a complaint through toll free number, they will say with in 48hours to get a resolution or cal, same respose but i dint got any call or any resolution though 4 months completed. And from sept 15 the distributor called me and my family and saying recklessly, i[censored] want (His feeling is like, i was begging), i can provide upto 2months. I don't know when he provided 4_ months of newspaper of my 6 months of package. And i had raised a complaint through toll free no, so he came to our home, and harrassing our woman at my home, by saying are you a born to a mom like that different vulgar words used at me ans our family. We had shifted from that property later bcs of my work, and said to dat distributor not to provide newspaper to dat address, as being we are not der, he is rashly saying dat, i will provide to that house only, what ever you want to do you can do, like that he is saying, and also saying bcs of fear of me, you and your wife left from hyderabad, like that he is saying. If in case i won't get any resolution by tommorow i was going to raise a police complaint about this issue.
