I am t. Raghavan, residing in west mambalam . I am a yearly subscriber and id no. [protected]. The hindu paper was not delivered on 1.1.21 and moreover it was not timely delivery regularly. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest.

Tamil Hindu news paper not for the last 3 days(13, 14, 15/12/2020 by the agent. He told that scheme paper not issued properly from mudurai. Please take step to issue properly. My order ID ORD 59925.

On 15th Dec, Mumbai City edition of Hindu Newspaper carried a picture of Leader of the Opposition in the "neareby" column and mentioned Maharastra allots 2211 crores for farmers. It is misleading & highly derogatory to the incumbent government. The short story beneath does not mention Fadnavis name at all.
If Maharasthra govt allots something, should it carry the picture of CM (or) the official spokesperson of the govt and should not have carried Former CM's picture and save maharastra allots 2211 cr to farmers, implying to the uninformed that Fadnavis or his party is given the money to farmers.
Expect higher standards from Hindu Newspaper.

I subscribed for the hindu digital paper in the month of March 2020. It was annualsubscription. Even now before the expiry of one year period I couldn't read the articles. The notifications such as your free articles limits are over is coming. I feel awkward seeing those insinuating notifications. Now I am being asked to pay again to go through articles. Not only that the questions such as whether I am already a user and if a user my cell number all these has been asked. We are poor professionals having little time to go through newspapers. Using that time for answering insinuating and insulting questions like these day in and day out causes unbearable irritation at the start of every day. I feel as if I am before a police man every day. Do something to relieve me from this torture. My name is Y.Arulanandasamy My cell number is 91 [protected]. I got the subscription of the hindu of 6 months (Offline package), from the time i took the subscription before lockdown itself, i was not getting news paper. Ample of times (20times) almost, had raised the complaint about, i was not getting the paper regularly, almost for a month he is providing 10days until the lockdown came, during lock down, god know when it came. The distributor cutting my call, whenever i tried to complaint, and when i try to raise a complaint through toll free number, they will say with in 48hours to get a resolution or cal, same respose but i dint got any call or any resolution though 4 months completed. And from sept 15 the distributor called me and my family and saying recklessly, i[censored] want (His feeling is like, i was begging), i can provide upto 2months. I don't know when he provided 4_ months of newspaper of my 6 months of package. And i had raised a complaint through toll free no, so he came to our home, and harrassing our woman at my home, by saying are you a born to a mom like that different vulgar words used at me ans our family. We had shifted from that property later bcs of my work, and said to dat distributor not to provide newspaper to dat address, as being we are not der, he is rashly saying dat, i will provide to that house only, what ever you want to do you can do, like that he is saying, and also saying bcs of fear of me, you and your wife left from hyderabad, like that he is saying. If in case i won't get any resolution by tommorow i was going to raise a police complaint about this issue.

I am residing at sri akkammal garden, chinna mettupalayam, saravanampatti, coimbatore -641035. I am a customer of the daily the hindu for the past 10 years and i have recently shifted to the above mentioned address, the newspaper delivery person delivers the newspaper to the doorsteps but with atleast 3 local advertising pamphlets inserted inside the news paper which makes a unwanted trash in my home. I have heard that the hindu does not encourage these kind of activities. So, i would like to request you to take necessary action to rectify this situation

I have already subscribed to your news paper and deposited my annual fees through my debit card but im denied access to your news paper and asked for subscribing a fresh

I am a resident of pocket 13, sector 22, rohini, delhi. Since i am preparing for upsc exam so my coaching has suggested me to read the hindu newspaper to upgrade thought process, to expand cognitive thinking and to build a good vocabulary. So i asked the newspaper ahency to deliver the hindu daily. As you can understand how much it is needed for an upsc aspirant. But this agency manager who is vendor also is not delivering the hindu in daily basis. If asked he is saying forgot and arguing that if you want to take whenever i am giving otherwise do whatever you can. Very rude behaviour he is showing and bad language also sometimes he is using. If this kind of behavior he is showing how we can continue. He is threatening to other vendors also not to deliver to me. Please take some action against him.

I have subscribed for one year plan of the hindu tamil newspaper and didn't receive the paper since the march 25. I had reached the local distribution agent multiple times on this issue and they never bothered to resolve.

I would request you to resolve this issue at the earliest and compensate for the 4 and half months by extending the subscription. Please let me know if more information is required.

I subscribed to frontline e edition on 28th jul. I have dropped mail for cancellation and refund for this but no acknowledgement or confirmation.

There is no option to cancel online. I have found hindu support pathetic. Please cancel and refund my money as per policy. Policy states if i choose to cancel within 7 days i am eligible for full refund.

In view of the above I felt, you are not at all much concerned about the customer requests/problems and you are taking it as lightly.
