The Hindu — delay of distribution for subscriber

I have subscribed for tamil hindu, details given below:

Also i have sent a mail to customer care they have assured to distribute from 01st june 2018 onwards (Mail date 13/05/2018, the mail received from gayathri), but yet not received the paper (Tamil hindu).

Yesterday booked a complaint over phone, the complaint reference number: a205588.
