The Hindu — Non-receipt of newspaper the hindu against a 6 month subscription | |||
I, Niranjhana Nayar, a resident of Flat 302, Block C, MS Ramiah Silicon Fields Apartment, Brookefield, Bengaluru, subscribed for the Newspaper THE HINDU on May 31, 2015 by online transaction having Billdesk Bank Reference ID : DHMP[protected], assigned a subscriber ID : [protected], Hindu Reference ID : W20150531ESUB0103, Amount [INR] : 748. I have not received the newspaper on even one day. I have made numerous calls to the customer care, and written numerous emails to The Hindu. When I asked for a refund, the only response I have received is "We will take the matter up with higher authorities". On top of this, I received a phone call last week checking if I wanted to renew my subscription. This is atrocious treatment of loyal readers by a leading newspaper. Kindly ensure that proper action is taken. I should receive either The Hindu for the next six months or a full refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
