The Hindu — not receiving hindu paper

I have subscribed hindu paper for rs 999/-, as a yearly subscription. I shifted my house to anna nagar west extn., from perambur on 17 june 2018.
And requested to continue the hindu paper service to my new address. Despite of my several calls to your customer care, i have not received the paper even a day.
This is my last try and the next is to approach the senior official of yours.
Hope you will consider and priortise and solve amicably.
