The Hindu — subscribed for yearly package but not getting the paper | |
Hi team, I have renewed my yearly subscription of the hindu for the amount of rs. 1200 through citrus pay (The link which i got from the hindu notification message) for this year in 30th september 2017 and i received a message states 'thank you for subscribing to the hindu' but still now i couldn't get the newspapers for any of the days till now. I have called the customer care service today and the call got disconnected while asking for the details. We are in our 3rd year of continuous subscription and we have been facing the issue of not getting the newspapers. This is totally unfair. Please take the necessary action.
