The Holidays Club — fraud company

Below email sent to club holidays team will explain the complaint
Also, attached image of there office which was closed within 7 days.

Hi team,

I had kept welcome call on hold because of below reasons.
1. False promises of your sales person that
A. I will have to pay my first installment after 45 days which is of rs. 5000.
B. If i am not satisfied with the service of holidays club then i can stop payment of remaining emi.
C. Emi conversion will be with zero percent interest facility
D. Sales person told me that currently he is doing transaction of only 5000 which i will have to pay after 45 days.
E. Also, he did not give me receipt of the transaction.
F. I will be getting 40% discount on food (He never mentioned upto 40%).
G. I will be getting 3 night 4 days coupons as a welcome gift.
Etc...

2. To get reimbursement of interest part which was promised to be completed within week by bhavana (Your sales manager).

Could you please let me know why welcome letter was sent without my consent and without addressing above issues?

Also, below things are very fishy about your company
A. Your club holiday bhandup office is closed within 1 week.
B. All your sales team left your organization in next week as per telephonic conversation with head office team.
C. Your sales executive bhavana is not answering my phone calls and blocked my number.
D. Your manager whose number is there on the receipt is saying that "sales wale to kuch bhi bolte hai"
E. Hotels which you are offering are very average and tariff for most of the hotels is less than 2500.
F. Customer care number is not answering my calls.

Below pointers also disputable

A. As per your sales executive i will have to book my vacation before 7-15 days with club holidays (As i am enrolled for highest priority red membership).
But your booking team is saying that i need to book 45 days before vacation.
B. Sales team never mentioned that i need to keep 2 alternative dates for my vacation.
C. Sales team never mentioned that i need to keep 2 alternative places for my vacation.

Could you please let me know where are the above clause in the agreement?

It is already been 35 days since i am waiting for reimbursement of interest part.
All the management level persons are not available for these many days is not at all convincing.
I am not getting satisfactory reply regarding my concern.

Also, from the below link i can see that above things are experienced by many of your customers

Also, most of your hotels have tariff less than rs. 2000 per night and are below average.

From above complaints it is very risky to avail your benefits.

I have not availed any of your benefits and i don't want to. So kindly cancel my membership and refund my rs. 60.000/- (Or with some deductions as i have made mistake to believe your sales executive)
