On may 29th, 2020, l tried to place order for the cookware worth 3997/- from indus valley online site, i did payment through sbi netbanking. My money got debited but order didn’t placed. So, i waited for 7 day’s thinking that money will credit back but it didn’t happened. I contacted indus valley regarding this through mail and whats app but they are not responding regarding the refund issue. They insisted me to contact bank and nothing to do with them. I contacted bank and lodged complaint too. Bank informed that money credited to merchant (Indus valley) account. I contacted pay u i. E payment gateway they too replied that money credited to merchant (Indus valley) account. But indus valley (Merchant) company till today not at all responding, it’s already 23 days now. Please help me on this issue.
